I am motivated to start this journey with mobile homes. However, before I began, I would like to have my own experience with manufactured homes and live in one. I am just looking for ONE and I can't seem to find anything solid. I wonder if I'm not searching thorough enough or if I'm going about this incorrectly. What advice do you have for someone who is looking for mobile homes in another city? It's about 3.5 hours away from my location and making trips isn't that easy.

I’m about to take massive action and will keep you posted. And you’re so right, there are so many mobile home parks in my neighborhood. Let’s go get them!
Question ... when I find a deal and potentially require funds I can’t handle, can I bring the deal to you and we discuss it? I’d love to JV with you. I’m in So Cal and didn’t know these things can be upwards to $500k brand new 😳

Excited man! Not sure what the costs are like in SoCal, but if they are that high you may need to work outside your market to make a deal happen. In regards to JV I am not partnering with others at the time, but respect for asking!
