This was awesome!! I have had this calculator for months and this is the first time I used it. lol You explained it simply and I got it. Thank you!
Definitely a worth while video! This would have also helped in Grad school....lol
Ha! I never made it to grad school, but I would have much rather learned this in 6th grade vs the graphing calculator.
Grant kemp is my Yoda!! he has helped me through dozens of transactions and by all means the foundation of my creative financing world.
On my 10bii calculator I get to the: after getting the negative payment, Hit the orange button, Hit AMORT, and I don't get a work sheet. I get Amort: PER 1 - 12
I use the triple lines on the top right in the mobile app to access amort tables
What a great tip to use the amortization schedule to negotiate with seller and show how much more they're making over time.
Where is the "principal over interest" video being referenced here?
On my 10bii app I click the purple button (not the orange), then the loan/amortization button. The screen will appear and then you have to enter the number of years for the loan. It will the produce the amort. schedule. Hope this works for you.
Payment is always negative! I really like the suggestion to make columns of numbers to practice for negotiating purposes.
