Direct mail marketing to LLC's from water lists. Send mail or stay away?

Hello all,

I've sent one round of direct mail marketing to water shut off lists for cities in my surrounding area (Austin, TX area). 

Would you personally advise to stay away from marketing to LLC's and other real estate businesses that buy/hold properties?

I am a few months into wholesaling and one round into direct mail marketing so I'm still in a trial and error phase and would like to know what you all think about this.

I would market to the LLCs - they are not always rich and can also hit times where they are in troble. One thing to note, always market to these people at least 7 times. I would consider moving to skip tracing and cold calling or texting vs mail due to costs.
