Hi Mrs. Simmons,

I am Mr. Sims...really!  I live in the Sugar Land area and also work in Education in Pearland ISD.

I am preparing for retirement in 3 years and am looking to help support that retirement income.  R E seems to be the way to go!

Specifically I am interested in Mobile Home investing.
