Hey yall my name is Brad I am getting started wholesaling/ tailing and sub2.

I also want to do land lease and manufactured or modular infill.

Catching up on the rewind, I found propelio 2 weeks ago and just jumped

in, learned more here than 2+ years on bigger pockets.

 

Ps anyone have a 4plex to sell in Austin?
