My name is Martin Ramirez. I'm from a small town here in South TX, currently living here in Corpus Christi. My goals are to actually find a way to be successful in this line or work to leave my job and be there for my family more than I have been able to. Went to a class over a year ago and learned about this from there and through out the year life happened pulling me away. Now I'm back in full throttle trying to see what I can learn and what to do to actually get a deal under contract for a wholesale assignment. Figured I'd reach out here and say hi and get to know you all.
