I agree with 90% of this article… everything Dani wrote is absolutely TRUE… that said… for every CON – there is an easy solution…. #Work… #Hustle… #Grind
 
1. You can’t find the right property…
– It takes time, work, effort, and experience to find the “Right” property… that said… can all be accomplished with “Work”
 
2. You don’t have the cash…
– You shouldn’t be using your own money anyway…
 
3. You don’t have a go-to list of contractors…
– This is an easy one. Network! Ask around… jump on facebook!
 
4. Rehabbing for profit and for personal taste are two different things…
– Very True! But as an adult, we should be able to recognize the difference:)
 
5. Becoming a landlord is a full-time job that few want…
– Yes & No. There are services like property management companies that can assist here.
 
6. There are expenses you never thought of that will drain you dry if you don’t budget for them.
– Very Very True – this is why you need to JV or find a mentor. You Don’t know what you don’t know!

– I think this is a mistake most people make. Real Estate Investing CAN be Passive, but the better returns are when you are more active with the deals themselves. If you are happy with 8%-12% returns on your Cash Investment, hit me up, I can direct you in the right direction, and your involvement is extremely limited. But if you are wanting the larger returns? That takes a more active approach and transitioning to Real Estate Investing as a career! It takes sacrifice that most are not willing to go through. Totally doable though! It just takes work. Follow your dreams and conquer the day!
